CharlinaBridal.com is designated for a bride-to-be, or her friends, or the ones she love. Charlina Bridal Shop is not only an e-Commerce business but also a brick-and-mortar business near Los Angeles. We guarantee your on-line or on-site purchase is worry-free and quality guaranteed. You can always reach us any time, 24/7. We are right in your neck of the woods.

Order Placement

1.) On-line and Phone order:

You can place the order on-line, or call for ordering. If your order is placed on-line, we will reply to your order to confirm the details, and the approximated delivery time to ensure all information is correct before processing.

If the item is in stock, the full amount will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed. If the dress needs made-to-order, modiciations, or alterations,, a 50% deposit will be required once the order is confirmed. If the order is not cancelled within 3 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If the item is made same as the sample presents, and it is not satisfied with your liking, you can request for a RA# within 3 days from the day the item is received. Please refer to our return policies and instructions.

If the item is a final-sale item, and is requested for the doable modifications and alterations, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2.) On-Site Visits & Purchases:

If you visit on-site and confirm the order, the order is non-cancellable after 3 days. If the dress is received in the same as the sample dress, or the same modifications/alteration as instructed, the dress is non-returnable.

Modifications and Alterations (Wedding dresses only)

We provide the doable modifications based on the dress's original structure. The additional costs will be quoted per request.

We also provide the alterations and customized size. However, the accuracy of your own measurements is very important. We recommend you have someone, such as tailor or seamstress to perform the job for you. A measure guide will be given for you to fill. An additional quote will be given.

Because the production take from 60 ~ 120 days, if your body weigh changes during the production, then we are not responsible for the fitting issue.

Prices

The prices listed on line are FOB prices USA, and are in US dollar. Customers pay for the shipping including insurance. If the order is shipped out of USA, the additional duties, taxes, or any fees could be imposed by their country’s customs to the shipping and insurance.

If additional requests, such as doable modictions and alterations, and rush delivery, are required, the additional fees will be added when such servcies are confirmed. .

Custom Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

If you buy from other countries than USA, or reqest to ship out of USA, the shipment would be required for customs clearance once it arrives your country. In some cases, customs duties, also known as import taxes, and some import fees, may be levied depending on each country’s import regulations.

Customs rules and regulations vary widely from country to country, we are unable to keep track of each country’s needs in terms of customs. CharlinaBridal.com is unable to offer advice about taxes in your country. The buyer holds the exclusive the responsibility of knowing all customs information before making an order.

If your orders are drop-shipment, please assure your customers being acknowledged well about the responsibility of paying the duties, taxes, and import fees when they receive the goods.

Please contact us if you have special needs and instructions for the oversea shipment. 

Payment

We accept eligible credit cards of VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Bank Wiring. If you pay with credit cards, we only ship to the billing address that your issuing bank has on file, or the address that PayPal has verified. If the shipments are for oversea delivery, we only accept bank wiring. 

Order Process

If the item is in stock, it will take about 10-14 days for delivery.

If the items are sold as “Made-to-Order” or have speical requests for modificastions/alterations, once the payment/deposit is received, it takes 60 ~ 120 days for production, and 1-2 weeks for the delivery. 

If the fabric or the laces are out of stock, we will inform you of the situation. It may take up to additional few weeks to wait for the material. Therefore, we recommend you order the item as soon as possible. Six months ahead of your wearing date is better.

We will ship your order upon the rest of balance is cleared. If the balance is not paid within a week after our first notice, we are waived from the reponsibility of the delayed deliveries. 

If the item is not shipped or pick-up due to the unpaid balance within 3 months after the first notice is sent, the item will be at seller's disposal. The deposit is not refundabl.

Packing

Each item will be packed with our best carful packing material to avoid any damages casued by the transportation.

If the item is a wedding dress, it will be carefully wrapped in high quality tissue paper. Every item is then placed into a durable and water resistent clear bag, and put inside of a standard corrugrated box.  A breathable zipped gown cover will be included.  

If you have special needs for the packing, please advise upon the order is placed. Some additional costs may occur. If we are not informed of any special request of packing till the products are finished, we are not responsible for any delay and any additional cost to expedite the delivery.
