Customization and Made-To-Order (Wedding Dress only):

Our services of customization (means for doable modifications and alterations based on original design) and made-to-order offers the flexibility to fit your choice. The customization/ modification fees will be applied if there are requests. Such dresses are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

The deposit of 50% of the dress’s cost is non-refundable, and the order is not cancellable after 3 days the order is placed.

No return is acceptable for such dresses, except for manufacturing defects, incorrect item, size, and color. If the defects, and incorrect dresses are received, please refer to our RETURN POLICY for details. 

 

Off-The-Rack Dresses and Accessories:

We are deeply honored to be a part of your wedding day. We understand some items may not fit your needs upon receiving.  We understand and want your purchases with us are enjoyable. We offer a very flexible return policy for the off-the-rack dresses, and in-stock accessories. To ensure your return request is smooth, please follow the return policies and guiltiness carefully under RETURN POLICY.

Please note the above return requests do not include the on-site purchases.

The restocking fee of 15% or $25, whichever is greater, may be applied to the orders of non-wedding dress items. 15% or $150.00, whichever is greater for the non-customized wedding dresses, may be applied. 

 

Refused Deliveries:

The product cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undeliverable packages or refused deliveries. These include shipments returned to us for non-existing addresses, marked undeliverable by the shipping company, or un-paid duty and tax assessed by your country’s customs & import office, or confiscated by your country’s customs & import office for lack of payment. Only orders that follow our Return Policyand are approved are eligible for a return or exchange.

Return and refunds will not be given for items refused/returned to sender or marked un-deliverable, and having no RA#.  Such unauthorized returns would be also charged for the return shipping fee in addition to the restocking fee as indicated above.

 

Exchange Program:

We gladly waive the restocking fee if you like to exchange the off-the-rack items and accessories which  were bought on-line for the items in equivalent value or higher. Once you confirm, we will ship the exchange order as a new order. The order policies are applied to such exchange order. The refund for the approved return item(s) will be processed to the original payment form. So you will find 2 transactions, one for the charge for the exchange order and one for the refund.
