CHARLINA BRIDAL AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAM AGREEMENT

1. PROGRAM -SCOPE

This program covers referrals for all purchases at Charlina Bridal, including:

  • Attire: Bridal, bridesmaid, mother-of-the-bride/groom, and party dresses
  • Products: Accessories (veils, jewelry, accessories), made-to-order, and customization services
  • Channels: Both online (CharlinaBridal.com) and in-store purchases

2. COMMISSION TERMS

A. Earnings

  • ·  Flat 10% commission on final purchase amount (excludes taxes/shipping, alteration)
  • ·  Minimum: $50 per transaction
  • ·  Non-stock items: Commission paid only after full payment is received

B. Adjustments & Returns

3. TRACKING

     A. Online Purchases

  • Unique referral links (30-day cookie tracking)
  • Real-time dashboard at [CharlinaBridal.com/affiliate-dashboard]

·    B.  In-Store Purchases

            Pre-register referrals via:

·   C. Customer must: Present your referral code or your full name at appointment

·   D. Verification: Purchase details are visible in the dashboard within 72 hours of the sale

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Affiliates/Referrers Must:

✅ Use only approved marketing materials

B. Prohibited Activities

❌ Self-referrals or fake accounts
❌ Brand bidding ("Charlina Bridal" keywords)
❌ Sharing unpublished discount codes

6. DATA PROTECTION

·   Strict Confidentiality:

  • Referrers can not store and distribute customer personal data
  • All lead info must use secure channels (email/text)

7. TERMINATION

      By You: 30-day written notice to [email protected]

      By Charlina Bridal:

  •  Immediate action for policy violations
  • After 12 months of inactivity

·      Post-Termination: Balances <$25 forfeited

8. LEGAL PROVISIONS

  • · Governing Law: California
  • ·  Disputes: Mediation required before legal action
  • ·  Amendments: 30-day notice for program changes
