Shipping

If the item is in stock, it will take about 10-14 days for delivery.

The made-to-order item takes about 60-120 days for production plus 1-2 weeks delivery. The order is shipped via UPS or the best shipping method that can reach you sooner.

Each delivery includes insurance to cover any loss and damages during the transportation. A tracking number will be sent to you for your record. If you find the delivery seems longer than you expect, please feel free to contact our USA office.

Please note under some circumstances the production time and delivery time may take longer such as customs examination, sever weather, strikes, natural disaster, pandemic, etc. Therefore, we advise you it is better to place your order 6 months before your wearing date.

If rush shipping is required, we will quote you for the additional fee for the rush delivery. 

 

Refused Deliveries

The refused deliveries include shipments returned to us for non-existing addresses, marked undeliverable by the shipping company, non-reported return, or un-paid duty and tax assessed/confiscated by your country’s customs & import office for lack of payment.

Only orders that follow our Return  policy  will be eligible for a return or exchange. The product cost and shipping of refused or undeliverable packages are non-refundable.
