RETURN POLICY

 

 

On-Line Orders:

If the item is made same as you see on-line and it is not satisfied with your liking, you can request for a RA# within 3 days from the day the item is received. Please follow the instructions and guidlines below.

If you like to exchange for an equvilanet value item or higher, the 15% restocking fee would be wavied. 

If the item is a final-sale item, and is requested for the doable modifications and alterations, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

On-Site Visits & Purchases:

If you visit us on-site and confirm the order, the order is non-cancellable after 3 days. If the dress is received in the same as you see, or the same modifications/alteration as instructed, the dress is non-returnable.

Lost & Damaged Packages:

We strive to provide each customer with worry-free shipment. However, in some uncontrollable circumstances causing the lost and damaged packages during the transportation, or delay due to serious weather condition, strike, natural disasters, carrier’s negligence, etc., we will work with carrier to solve these problems as quickly as possible. Your understanding of such situation and the immediate contact to us are highly appreciated. No one wants such situation occurs. 

Should the package(s) is/are lost during transportation, we will track the package(s) with the carrier upon receiving your request. Once the package(s) is/are confirmed being lost, we will send you replacement. 

Should you find the package damaged upon receiving, please report to the driver of the carrier as well as take a picture of the damaged packages for an evidence to claim to the carrier. However, you need to contact us immediately with the clear images of the damaged box(es). Therefore, we can place the claim to the carrier for you. Any delay of reporting could cause the deny by the carrier. Once the carrier approves the reimbursement, we can send you the replacement, credit your account, or refund you as you wish. 

If you wish to receive the replacement sooner than the reimbursement from the carrier, the order policies will be applied. The reimbursement of the lost and damaged package(s) will be refund to your original payment form when the reimbursed amount is received from carrier.

Manufacturing Defects/Incorrect Items:

We strive to provide each customer with defect-free gowns. In some cases, should there be any manufacturing defects or incorrect items, please take pictures of the defects and the item tags and e-mail to us within 3 days from the day the shipment is received. 

Once your claim is verified, we will send you a RA (Return  Authorization) number and the return instructions within 24-48 business hours.

Please note each return piece must be in its original seal, label, tags, and packing. Once the return item(s) is/are received and inspected for manufacturing defects or incorrect items, we will replace the items, or credit your accounts as you wish. 

If the return is received without RA number, and if the returned item(s) is/are found being worn, and fraudulently claimed for defects or incorrect items, we reserve the right to refuse the package and refuse the full amount reimbursement. You are responsible for any fees involved with the return. A restocking fee of 50% of the item price or US$150 whichever is greater will be deducted from the reimbursement.

RA# Requesting Procedures and Requirements:

To get an RA number, please follow the instructions for a smooth return process. To avoid any information is missing during the communication, we do appreciate your understanding that WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALL REQUESTS.

  1. Returns for on-line orders, excluding the customized modifications & alterations, due to satisfaction must be emailed within 3 days upon the package is received. Please also include your name, invoice number, item number(s), quantities, tracking number, return reason, and your contact phone number. We will process your request within 24-48 business hourse. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, please contact us to ensure your request is recevied. You can also refer to the Terms & Conditions. 
  2. Returns due to damage, manufacturer's defect or incorrect items must be e-mailed within 3 days upon the package is received, along with the clelar resolution images which show the damages or the defective areas. If it is an incorrect item, please take the image of the item tag with item number, size, and color. Please include the invoice number, item numbers, quantities, as well as a clear description of the defects/damages in your e-mail. Without complete and accurate information, your request may result in delay. We will reply to you within 24-48 business hourse via e-mail. Should you do not get a reply within 5 business days, please contact us.
  3. The return package within USA shall be received within 7-10 days from the date that the RA number is issued or 10-14 days for oversea returns. Or we reserve the right to refuse the package. Please assure the package is packed well and trackable. We are not responsible for its loss during the return transition.
  4. The refund/replacement will be processed within 3-7 business days. If the refund takes place, the refund amount after the deductions of applicable fees will be credited back to the original payment form. If the exchange or replacement takes place, we will follow your instructions, and some applicable fees may occur depending on the requests.
